Hi everyone! Thank you for visiting my professional page! For new followers, let me introduce myself!

I am a Registered Dietitian with Loblaws in Mississauga. I have been with the company since August 2013, practicing as an “In-Store Dietitian”. This means that I work in your local Loblaws grocery stores! People often ask what this means, and what do I do all day? In simple terms, the grocery store is my office! My priority service is confidential individualized nutrition counselling sessions, typically completed in my pharmacy consultation room. In these 60-min appointments, I get to know my clients through a detailed nutrition assessments, and begin to created nutrition goals and tips tailored to you and your lifestyle! I often counsel on family meal planning, weight management, diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, IBS, digestion, allergies ... and more!

To build on your meal planning questions, I often recommend a follow-up “Shop with the Dietitian” experience. In this appointment, we will practice label reading and more meal planning skills to build your confidence in choosing the right foods for you and your family.
