Visual Arts Mississauga (VAM) is launching a new and innovative arts education program to connect local artists with students across the Peel Region—ArtReach: Artists in our Neighbourhood. We are looking to collaborate with Black, Indigenous, and artists of colour to design high-quality, hands-on art projects that will showcase each artists’ creative practice. This new program is a paid opportunity for selected artists, and will provide curriculum-aligned art learning experiences for students aged 4 – 14 that are thoughtfully developed in collaboration with VAM’s Curriculum Developer.
