Our Grandmaster gave a beautifully structured demo. He gave our students an understanding of the art, the weapons used since bygone eras and the battle secrets of our victorious kings. The students were amazed at his technical prowess which belied his age. May he be always blessed by Tamizh Thai and the almighty to carry on his service to this revered art🙏
My Guru, Master Kalugumanayar's RajaRajan and his brother Master Sundra Cholan have been instrumental in shaping the vision and mission of our Federation.

Kalugumanayar Chola Martial Arts International- CHOLA Martial Arts - our parent club in India. Our Raja Mahaguru's efforts ensured that Silambam is an international sport with Rules and Regulations framed with the intention of spreading this cause throughout the world.
On Sunday, July 05, 2026, our Grandmaster and administrative team and students put an elaborate show of display that was masterful and breathtaking.
Hundreds of able Aasans, technical masters and thousands of students have directly benefitted. We are always in awe of your yeoman efforts and bow in loving tribute.

Silambam - Our Pride - in English and Tamil. The book takes the reader through a journey of our traditional Martial Art, Silambam, long before it was named. You can follow through the journey and can help in this noble cause to spread knowledge about this traditional tamils' art of valor.
Authored by Jayantasri Chandramouliswar and illustrated by Thridev Jayantasri Chandramouliswar, the book cover and the design was conceived and beautifully brought out by Swathika Anandan of Colour Happy. Special thanks to Arthi Jeeva of Arun Martial Arts and Mrs. Sujatha Karunakaran for launching the book!

Belts were awarded and the students carried their knowledge with Pride. Under the auspices of CHOLA Martial Arts, the belt grading exams were successfully conducted.
Silambam is the most advanced of it's kind in India, treasured by the ancient Tamils. As an ode to its history, a book titled, Silambam - Our Pride, was launched in English and Tamil. We bow to our history and rich cultural heritage.

Sunday, July 05, 2026, marked an important milestone for Canadian Silambam Federation - CSF, Canada, one that firmly established an International stage for Silambam - the first belt grading ceremony.
Since it's inception in August 2019, CSF has been instrumental in bringing the traditional Tamil m
Martial Art, Silambam to a Global audience.
Our directors, Vijay Rajendran and Premnath Mahadevan have helped shape, brainstorm and execute ideas from thoughts.
