Meet Ben Block — educator, innovator, and course creator behind Sheridan College’s new AI series.

Ben is the lead developer and instructor for Sheridan CAPS’ latest AI programs, including Prompt Engineering and Agentic AI. His work bridges emerging technology with practical workplace application, equipping professionals to adapt quickly in a fast-changing landscape.

He brings a forward-looking approach to AI adoption — with a focus on accessibility, no-code solutions, and real-world problem solving. His teaching style is rooted in clarity, curiosity, and applied learning, helping learners at any level build confidence using AI tools.

What drives his work? Empowering people to future-proof their skills.
