INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY – MESSAGE FROM KONSALCAN INC. - PEOPLE UNITED TO SAVE HUMANITY

Today we mark a very remarkable day for the most valuable of all creations on Earth – the Woman. The world has put this day aside not just to recognize the invaluable roles that women play to sustain all living creatures, but to let it be known that we are all made equal and must live as thus.

Every corner of the globe constantly professes the need for equality, but ironically, the quest for implementation of these decorated ideas is never realized. Yet we spend all the time designing strategies, creating theories of equality and every angelic message to make it appear as though equality is practiced.

In the first place we will all not be here if not for the existence of the woman. How many times do we need to be reminded of this. They painfully carry us for nine good months, but most of the times, the world place them at the back, thinking they are not at par with men.

In education, women have made tremendous impact on the lives of children, especially in early child education and development. They are not only teachers but play the role of mothers to children of all backgrounds. Making these children feel at home and love to be in school every day of their lives. How may times have the world recognize this critical opportunity our children get from their teachers? Women have excelled and have broken through scientific discoveries, but how many times have they won the noble prize for their invaluable contributions?

In economy women have been the backbone to major industries, best managers, and supervisors, that make people around them feel that they truly belong. How many times have they been paid equally as men, or promoted to administrative positions? This is still a void in the implementation of equal rights and justice for all.

Religiously, women have very few representations in leadership positions. In some cases, they are pushed to the back. It is shameful that this is happening in our world today.

In every other aspect of life, the women will have to work twice as much as their male counterparts, for them to gain minimal recognition.

Look around the world and count how many women heads of state we have in the persons of women. The number of women leaders is tremendously insignificant compared to that of men. The greatest democracies like the United States of America and Canada, to name a few, have failed woefully in that regard. How many years of independence in USA and Canada, and how many women leaders have we got?
To proclaim the value of women is an understatement. The world needs to shift its narrative of too many bureaucracies and act to make these necessary changes, where women will be given the same recognition as men would have.

Until all of these are achieved, democracy is never a concept that we should preach or enforce on people, because it is just an empty thought.

To all women, I say HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY. The day will come when we all recon that without you, life is never possible.

We are looking for a qualified high school calculus teacher.

The student needs the teacher who will prepare her for high school calculus. There will be two hours per week.

The successful applicant will need to arrange time table with student.
