📚💛 Sharing books with classmates is a beautiful way to promote community and kindness in a Montessori classroom!

In our space, we encourage children to share stories, ideas, and discoveries with each other, fostering collaboration and communication. Reading aloud to a friend not only enhances language skills but also strengthens social bonds and nurtures empathy. 🌟

Today, our Toddler class shared their favorite story about and it sparked a wonderful conversation. t’s amazing to see how books bring us closer and open doors to new ideas! 📖✨

Friday, September 30, 2022, marks the second National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

We recognize the tragic history of
residential schools. We honour the
survivors and lost children, their families
and communities.

We acknowledge that we are on the traditional territory of many nations including the of the Credit, the Tionontati (Petun), Attawandaron (Neutral), Haudenosaunee (Six Nations), Anishinaabe, Huron-Wendat, and Ojibway/Chippewa peoples. We are grateful to have the opportunity to work on this land, and by doing so, give our respect to its first inhabitants.
