Have you tried deep fried crispy egg yolks yet? You should.

They are easy to make and very delicious. Also, not to waste egg white I made scrambled egg whites with cream and spinach.

Comment below if you would like the recipe ☺️

Just look at these beautiful soups we cooked last week. Everyone had the same recipe but every child got a different outcome.

Why?

Because cooking is an art!

One of the most popular questions I hear from parents is about dietary restrictions during classes.

No, I do not have any food restrictions during my classes.

I let know all parents upfront that if the child has any food allergies it is better to avoid my classes.

Why?

Because the commercial kitchen where I am working doesn't have any food restrictions and we have all sorts of ingredients there (including nuts) and if the child has a severe reaction it is better to avoid visiting the kitchen.

Also, I am not following any diet during the classes, we use as many different ingredients as possible. It includes all types of meat, fruits, vegetables, flour, dairy,...

But, I also try to be flexible, and if I can substitute some ingredients from my recipe I always do. In the end, cooking is an art.

A new 8-12 y.o group started yesterday. This session theme is "Meal of the day". And today it was 'breakfast' and we cooked easy to make and very delicious Egg Muffins and learned about volume measuring tools.
