Bestway Education Group and CEGEP - John Abbott College John Abbott College’s Centre for Continuing Education and International Programs , are pleased to announce a new strategic recruiting partnership for the College’s Full Stack Developer program.

This endeavour will fulfill the Centre’s mandate of providing work-ready, diverse students for the workforce and will address current and future workplace talent needs, while diversifying the labour market, and contributing the local and global economies.
Located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, John Abbott College’s beautiful campus on the lake is just a 30-minute drive from downtown Montreal. As one of 48 CEGEPs (collège d’enseignement général et professionnel) in Québec, it is home to more than 8500 students in its programs.

This partnership would support Bestway Education Group's mission to provide access to Quality Education to various students across the globe.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.



Responsibilities

Represent Bestway Education Group 's Brand across specified region.
Build relationships with New prospective clients.
Attend Education Fairs by partner agents , Schools , Universities and others as specified .
Travel to Various Parts of North India to meet & train partners for Business Development.
Manage sales pipeline
Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Regular Updates and report to Head of Business Development .
Disseminate communications and activities online using Social Media Platforms
Implement Marketing and recruitment Strategies through research and market analysis to maximize international student reach.
Any other duties assigned by Senior Management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree Plus 3+ years in sales industry
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
CRM experience is preferred
