4 DAYS. COMPLETE DEVELOPMENT.

Players will work on:

⚡ Power Skating – stride, edges, balance & acceleration
🏒 Puck Control – handling under pressure & movement
🎯 Passing & Shooting – accuracy, quick release & game speed
💥 Game Situations & Battles – compete, small-area skills & puck battles
🧘 Off-Ice Training & Yoga – mobility, core, balance & recovery

Our goal isn't to overwhelm players before the season starts.

It's to give them quality reps, strong fundamentals and confidence so they step onto the ice this fall feeling prepared.

Friday - Griner Park with Mission Community Services 🛝
