Here is the concession menu for tomorrow and there will be a student run lemonade and freezie sale

We are still looking for volunteers for concession and to help deliver lunch.

Tonight is Hatzic Middle’s information nights for parents only.

Grade 6’s will have a chance to visit the school next week.

Reminder tomorrow is Freezie Day!

Send $1 with your child to get a freezie afterschool on the black top. Cash only

Div. 8 to 13 can pre-order in the morning for classroom delivery.

We also need a couple more volunteers to help with set up, the sale and clean up from 2-3pm

It's Hot and your throat is starting to feel dry, well Kya and Silas' are Setting Up a Lemonade and Freezie Stand at the Sports Day Concession to raise funds for the School Multi Sport Court.

**VOLUNTEERS NEEDED**

Next Wednesday June 17th is Sports Day!

Parents are welcome to come out and watch your children participate.

We need volunteers for the day to make it a success.

Ideally you volunteer in small sections of time to help support the students and PAC for the day, and still watch your kiddo have fun.

We need volunteers for:

Morning Set up- after the bell set up the BBQ and concession down in the caged area.

Concession - the Concession will run from 9:45 through to 1:30 or we sell out.
We are hoping for 30 minute to 1 hour commitment windows from parents.

Lunch - PAC is providing every student with a hotdog lunch, a veggie sandwich option will be available for those who made early arrangements. We will need volunteers to cook & wrap hotdogs, sort food by classes and deliver to classes. Approximately from 10:50 to 11:50.

Volunteer Needs:
Morning Set up (anybody available to help)
- Concession (recess @ 9:50) - 3-5 people at concession throughout event
(no hot dogs at recess concession)
- hot dog griller - starting at 10:15am (1-2 people)
- Hot dog wrappers (1-3 people for lunch prep, then just one after)
- Lunch Volunteers - 2 people to run hot dogs up to school, 2-5 inside sorting and delivering to classes.
