A place to become informed and up-to-date with our school. Run by students, for everyone. In 1994 grade 9 classes were added.
Miramichi Valley High School is one of two public, English language high schools in the city of Miramichi, New Brunswick, Canada. It serves principally residents from the north side of the Miramichi River, both from the city of Miramichi, and smaller communities distributed from Tabusintac in the east, to Upper Blackville in the west. The school opened its doors in January 1972 to students in grades 10-12, with Charles Hubbard as principal. The school's mascot is Samoo the Pulamoo.

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make the Prom, Graduation, and Safe Grad for the Class of 2026 so special and memorable.
A sincere thank you to the parents of our 2026 graduates for your ongoing support and encouragement. We are also incredibly grateful to all of our prize donors, bursary and scholarship donors. Your generosity makes a lasting impact on our students’ futures.
Special thanks to Cindy’s Wedding and Event Design, the Newcastle Lions Club, Calvary Baptist Church, and Saint John Ambulance for your contributions and support in helping these events run smoothly.
We also want to recognize and thank all staff members and everyone involved in planning and executing these celebrations. Your time, energy, and dedication truly made a difference.
And finally, to the Grad Class of 2026, congratulations. We are so proud of all your achievements and wish you nothing but happiness, success, and bright opportunities in the future.
