We're in for an early spring! At least that's the consensus according to Wiarton Willie from Ontario, Snerd from North Carolina, Lady Edwina of Essex from New Jersey, and of course Punxsutawney Phil from Pennsylvania. (Ms. G also concluded an early spring, thanks in part to help from the local community.) However, Balzac Billy from Alberta and Van Isle Violet from British Columbia both predict six more weeks of winter.

As a result, we at Zebra Robotics feel confident in saying all but our Albertan and British Columbian locations will see no more snow and no more wintery weather. Surely these cute little fellas can't be wrong.

We'd like to congratulate the Cary teams Masterminds (60407), Steam Machines (60408), and Robo Duckies (62361) for their performance at the FLL State Championship yesterday. All teams worked incredibly hard to make it to the State Championship, and they showed off their exhaustive efforts throughout the day. They learned a ton from the experience, and their appetite for competition has only grown. Especially for team Masterminds who will be going to the FLL Internationals soon. Stay tuned for more information on that!

We'd like to congratulate Team Parsec, 3505E, for finishing 2nd in the Sudbury regionals yesterday! With their performance, they moved from the 27th position to the 13th in the Ontario Skills Ranking, which we find incredibly impressive. They achieved this through hard work, having rebuilt their robot, programmed the driver, and finished the automation all during their holidays. We are very proud of their incredible progress, and we know going forward they will continue to shine!
