I’ve pushed Sophia to her limits, and while the mental and physical fatigue has sometimes been clear, she never gave up. This gold medal is more than just a win, it’s a powerful reminder that her relentless effort and dedication are paying off. Sophia will be proudly representing Canada at the ITF World Championships this October in Italy. We wish her the very best of luck as she competes on the world stage 👏

It is with profound sadness and heartache that I have to tell you that Grand Master Lee Sukhi has passed away. He was a pioneer of Taekwon-Do, a direct student of General Choi Hong Hi and my second father. He is the reason my daughter Octavia and I teach and do Taekwon-Do

Entry starts from 8-9am, divisions start at 9:15am.
$85 Entry fee due by June 1st!
$100 Entry fee from June 2nd to the 5th!
Registration due by June 5th!
Spectator Fee $10 for stadium seating or $15 for floor seating. Kids 5 & under are free!
