It's not only important to ask children questions but also consider how we respond to their answers to questions.

When we come from a mindset of openness and wonder about children's thoughts and ideas, we will approach education with a much more empowering and innovative perspective rather than controlling and predefined.

Reading ability is critical but it's not enough. How can we help learners understand what they are reading?

Hands-on projects can be a great and fun way to engage learners in learning something new. But it's important to remember that they're not the only way!

Instead try to have an open dialogue with your learner, kind of like how you would talk to a friend if you were explaining to them something new. There will be an exchange of questions, sharing of relatable stories, and expressions of thoughts and feelings (e.g.., what does it feel like, sound like, look like?).
