If you sometimes feel unsure about what your leadership should look like in the toddler room, you’re not alone.

Leadership in Montessori isn’t loud. It’s not about controlling the room. It’s about clarity, consistency, and modeling calm in a way that others—children and adults—can anchor themselves to.

A simple leadership reset:
✔️ Slow your movements
✔️ Lower your voice
✔️ Narrate with intention
These three things communicate steadiness long before any lesson does.
