Calling all Melfort & area mamas!

Dr. Courtney Chupa will be joining us this Thursday at 9:30 am for our weekly Moms & Minis program at the Melfort Public Library to chat all things chiropractic! A local chiropractor with a Master’s Degree in Pediatric Chiropractic, Dr. Courtney enjoys working with patients of all ages, especially infants, children, and families.

Bring your questions and join us for an informative discussion on how chiropractic care can support overall health and well-being and learn some fun infant stretches.

For families who live south of Melfort, this is going to be an awesome series!

Join a group of expecting mamas & Celeste to find community, share resources, & connect. Celeste will guide you to connect with your baby, yourself, to feel & move better, lower stress & learn somatic tools to prepare you for labour, delivery, & motherhood.

Class combines a gentle yoga practice focused on opening and accepting, with somatic regulation skills to prepare for your birth. Every class ends with a guided relaxation.
