🏸 Treslie Phillips and Leonie Kuipers beat the heat at the Southern Alberta Summer Games today by playing badminton in the cool confines of St. Michaels School's gymnasium.

The pair of under-14 players were among eight Cypress County entrants into the shuttlecock scene at the Games this year, and were guaranteed at least a silver medal for their efforts.

Golf, beach volleyball, and frisbee golf are still on the menu for our athletes as the games wrap up this weekend, but the main objective is having a blast and doing their best.
