DIY Easter shaped sugar cookie kits available for pick up in my outdoor cabinet $25/kit. Comes with 12 cookies (4 peeps, 4 flowers and 4 eggs), 4 bags of icing and sprinkles. I also want to share a quick update: on Monday, we had a water leak in the laundry room, which unfortunately affected the basement kitchen as well. Because of this, the basement kitchen will be closed until everything is fully taken care of and repaired. I was planning on starting some kids classes in the new year as well as take on some fundraisers leading up to Valentines but unfortunately that will all be postponed until further notice. I appreciate your patience and understanding while I get it all sorted out.

I got the sweetest gift from a customer yesterday thescottishmill AP flour! Have you guys tried it? What's the first thing I should make with it? I know l'm definitely going to make sourdough and sourdough bagels!

Cabinet at 4:45pm, I added Dulce de Leche in the cookies so those are now $12/tray

From October 17 to December 15, my kitchen turned into mission control 💪
In just under two months, this baking business went full throttle; working 10–13 hour days, covered in flour, fueled by passion (and probably sugar), all to support the community.

The impact? HUGE.
I had the honor of helping 15 amazing groups; including preschools, schools, organizations, dance groups, and baseball & hockey teams; raise a combined $15,225.90. That’s a lot of dreams supported, programs funded, and goals pushed forward!

The behind-the-scenes stats:
-Over 420 kg of flour mixed
-More than 202 dozen eggs cracked (that’s 2,400+ eggs!)
-3 4L jugs of vanilla used
It was exhausting, exciting, and incredibly rewarding. I even tried ordered a bigger mixer half way though to help me that was suppose to get delivered by Dec 2nd but will only show up tomorrow so I hand mixed (with gloves) every batch of dough (they're about 12qts big). This season proved that when hard work meets community support, sweet things happen. Thank you to every group that trusted me to bake for your cause; this was truly a season to remember.
