⭐A huge thank you to the parents and supporters of both our school and the Wisdom Homeschool group. We are so glad you were able to join us through participation and helping to lead some of the stations and groups. Your help and support was deeply appreciated!

👏🏼 A final thank you to Mrs. Derbyshire for your assistance with the use of the Rotary Track and Soccer Complex today. The use of the facilities made our day great!

Mr. Wayne Smith and HGCS with the help of Medicine Hat SDA Church members are looking forward to hosting a large Track & Field event at Crescent Heights High School with 95 registrants. We look forward to a wonderful day!

HGCS students will be hosting their annual Track and Field day this Friday, May 8th, at Crescent Heights Athletic Park, starting at 8:30 am. We extend an invitation to homeschool students to join us for this event. Registration is free upon contacting the school.

We are in the final stretch of our Iditarod Trail Dog Sled Race Read-a-thon!

The students' trail dogs have been moving along the checkpoints as they complete minutes and hours of reading.

If you would still like to help support our school by sponsoring a student on the final stretch of their reading journey, you may do so until Friday.

Have you heard of the Iditarod Trail Dog Sled Race? It takes place annually in Alaska, starting from Anchorage and ending in Nome. Dog teams and their mushers travel ~975 miles to finish this course, and we are hoping you may consider helping donate to our students who are covering the 975 miles through 975 minutes of reading!

Posters are up throughout the school with all of the checkpoints and dogs are already on the move! (See below)

Tomorrow, we are hosting our second Open House of the year! Drop-in anytime from 8:30 am - 3:00 pm to see our school in action and receive a student-led tour of our school.

Busy during the day? You can visit us in the evening between 5:30-8:00 pm to receive a teacher-led tour, as well as have a meeting with our principal to discuss your options. We hope to see you there!
