Here is the talented, Presley Battle 🎤🤩

Hey there, my name is Presley Battle & I am so excited for my first year at AMP! I have been a musician and songwriter for my entire life, experimenting with all kinds of instruments but my main focus has been vocals. I grew up in a very musical household as the oldest of four daughters; whether we were figuring out a three-part harmony or seeing who can hold a note the longest, there was no escaping it. My parents put me in piano, guitar, bass and vocal lessons through my youth. My family has always been supportive, even as my style has been morphed by the influence of heavier music than my mother prefers… (love you, mom!)
My vocals have developed and became more powerful through practice and repetition. What motivates me is a love of the game; I believe that’s what it should be for any musician! If you love something, you are likely to excel at it.
My first time singing on stage was when I was 2 years old and ever since, performing is still my greatest love. I’ve played solo all throughout my life, as well as with my sisters in our hometown & a band with friends in my teenage years.
Upon moving to Medicine Hat 3 years ago, I frequented the local jams which helped me meet so many of the lovely musicians & supporters in our community. I’ve since had the privilege of playing throughout our city both as a solo musician and with a band at many venues and events, such as Stampede Summer Jam.
Music is my pride and joy, I am really excited to share this passion with everyone at AMP!

Hey everyone, my name
is Shannon Welsh. Music has been my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve been performing for over 30 years and teaching voice for nearly 20, including running my own studio, TrebleMakerz, for the last decade.
I love sharing the joy of music with kids and young adults, helping them build confidence while discovering their unique voices. I am so glad to be joining this incredible studio family and can't wait to meet you all!
