With all the nasties going around this is one of my favourite things after having an upset stomach ❤️
It helps support your stomach while your body is healing and your gut is coming back into balance! They also support healthy digestion and nutrient absorption if you are working on balancing your diet! My main goal is to help you feel better as soon as possible by helping with meal plans, and supplements. This helps to build your energy and mind set, and to then transition to getting all your vitamins and minerals from your food! ❤️

Hey everyone! I haven't quite introduced myself here! My name is Victoria but I go by Tori for short. I am a 33 year old momma to 3 tiny humans and 2 puppers. Proud oil field wife to my handsome husband, we just celebrated 14 years! I started studying nutrition when I noticed my relationship with food was all over the map, and really struggled with my weight. It made me realize that I wanted to help myself and others by balancing the body to feel better through food! I could always lose the weight but then my emotions took over and my body would feel awful again. During all this, while I was in school my daughter and I both received ADHD diagnosis' and our oldest sits on the autism spectrum. So through food and nutrition I am working with my family to support our bodies in the best way!

This is one of my favourite go to dill chicken salad recipes! I never thought I’d love grapes with savoury foods but this taste so go and makes for a balanced meal 😍
