What a FUN week at Educator Florence’s day home! ☀️💦

Pool noodles were definitely the star of the week! The children had a blast exploring, creating, and playing in so many different ways. From shaving cream sensory play and bubble fun to hopscotch challenges, there was no shortage of smiles and laughter.

The children also put their creativity and problem-solving skills to work by building with pool noodles and toothpicks, and they loved getting messy while making their own slime!

At KidsPlay Family Day Homes, we love seeing everyday materials transformed into exciting learning opportunities that encourage imagination, exploration, and active play. ❤️

Watch in awe as the SkyHawks, the Canadian Armed Forces official parachute team, take the skies in a breathtaking display of aerial formation. Every jump highlights trust, timing, and teamwork to display a coordinated fall and precision landing 🪂✈️

The SkyHawks will do their team jump Friday, July 10th to start our weekend show!

🚒 What a fun day at KidsPlay Family Day Homes!

The children were excited to welcome Firefighter Kelly Ireland, who shared her firefighting gear, talked about fire safety, and let the children explore what it’s like to be a real firefighter. From trying on helmets to seeing the equipment up close, there were lots of smiles and wide eyes today!

Today we are celebrating a HUGE accomplishment for Educator Christine! 🎉💐

Christine has officially graduated with her Level 3 Early Childhood Education certification — an incredible milestone that reflects years of dedication, hard work, passion, and heart for children. ❤️

Anyone who knows Christine knows how deeply she cares for the children in her day home. She creates a warm, nurturing environment filled with creativity, curiosity, learning, and love every single day. Her commitment to continually growing as an educator is truly inspiring, and this achievement is so well deserved.

We are beyond proud to have Christine as part of the KidsPlay Family Day Homes family and cannot wait to see all the amazing things she continues to accomplish. Please help us congratulate her on this exciting achievement! 👏🎓

The work you do matters deeply, and the impact you make lasts far beyond childhood.

I also want to personally thank each of you for the support, encouragement, and warmth you have shown me through the transition since I purchased the business this past November.
