Time to get into the school and grab your child’s belongings! Please see the letter below with the link to book!
Dear SVE Families
In order to allow for students to retrieve personal belongs that may have been left in the school, and to return any school or school board property they no longer require, one representative from your family may sign up for a time on June 22 or 23 (please use the 22nd if possible) at: [email protected]." rel="ugc" target="_blank">https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/[email protected]. com/bookings/s/P7wYohSKR0KWq0Vag2BJhQ2
Your point of entry is the main entrance, please ensure you social distance and exit will be the north east or north west doors.
• As one individual per family will be permitted to enter the school to retrieve belongings, parents are asked not to bring children as there will be no supervision available.
• Individuals will have 10 minutes to pick up belongings. Families with more than one child will need to book additional 10-minute time blocks for each child.
• All persons will sign-in and out of the building at the designated point of entry.
• Any person accessing a school will perform a COVID-19 school screening before arriving at the
school https://covid-19.ontario.ca/school-screening/.
• Entry will be denied to any person who has any of the symptoms outlined in the ‘COVID-19
Reference Document for Symptoms’.
• No person who has been exposed to an individual with COVID-19 symptoms will be permitted
access.
• Persons entering the building will have access only to the route to and from their child’s
classroom. Washrooms and drinking fountains will be closed to the public.
• There will be no outdoor supervision and the playground is closed. Staff will not be engaging in
conversations about student achievement with students and parents visiting the school.
• Plastic bags will be provided to collect student items. Bags and other containers are not allowed
to be brought from home.
All persons entering the building will sanitize their hands at the station provided prior to entry, and all persons entering the building. Grade 1 and older including adults, are required to wear a face mask in accordance with our protocols. Those in Kindergarten are encouraged to wear a face mask.
* During the pick-up days, staff may not be available for online learning
* Any unclaimed items will be put in lost & found and/or donated to charity after the final pick-up day.
