In 7/8th grade I was assigned to make a food from another country for social studies, this is my grown up version of that cake.
Australian Lamington cake-filled with Raspberry jam, vanilla cream, delicate sponge enrobed in chocolate ganache and coconut.

Grateful for the rain and the cleansing it offers 🌧
