Mayo campus has remained active and busy this winter!

Our OREO (Organizing Recreational Events and Opportunities) students developed skills in event planning, catering, budgeting while supporting community events.

🌟 Highlight:

On April 29th, Mayo's career fair featured 37 businesses and YukonU representatives.

OREO students lead all aspects, from invitations and business outreach to door prizes and catering, creating a valuable networking opportunity for the region.

This event was delivered in partnership with the First Nation of Nacho Nyak Dun’s Education department.

Beyond OREO, we also ran a safety suite with Brian Kitchen who taught Standard First Aid.

🌻 This spring, students recently participated in a hide tanning workshop hosted by JVC School.

Stay tuned for upcoming events and activities at the Mayo campus.
