If any of the school kids are bored this morning (Fri Aug 21) and want to help with a project, I’ll be working outside at the school near the shop door around 9:30. Or if they want to hang out on the playground with a smaller Fox that would also be helpful! Helpers will be paid with a sweet treat from the school freezer after. 😃

Exciting update on our playground fundraising!

Get ready for our last big event of the year!

If you’re coming into town for grad today you will need to take the 600 grid road!

The Village entrance paving project is scheduled to begin Saturday, June 20th and is expected to be completed by Monday, June 22nd, weather permitting.

To allow the contractor to safely complete the work, the main entrance to the Village will be closed during construction.

➡️ Detour Route: Motorists entering Maryfield should use Grid Road 600 and access the Village via Assiniboia Avenue or Railway Avenue, as shown on the attached map.

We ask all residents and visitors to please obey posted signage, reduce speeds in construction areas, and use caution when travelling through the detour route.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we complete this important infrastructure improvement. We look forward to welcoming everyone through a newly paved entrance soon!
