At AVMS, all of our meals are prepared in-house using seasonal, wholesome ingredients that support healthy growth and development.

Today is a day to celebrate all children around the world! 🎉 Universal Children’s Day reminds us that every child deserves love, care, and the chance to grow, learn, and play. 💛

A great way to celebrate is by reading I Am Enough by Grace Byers, a beautiful book that teaches kids to love themselves just as they are and to embrace their unique qualities.

Our AVMS kitchens prepare nutritious, in-house meals every day using seasonal ingredients selected with care. We believe that healthy food should be both nourishing and enjoyable — and our children agree!
It’s one more way we support the whole child, one plate at a time.

Remembering on Remembrance Day

On Remembrance Day, we take a moment to remember all the brave people who worked hard to make the world a better place. It’s a special time to think about peace, kindness, and how we can help others. 💛

One great way to learn about Remembrance Day is by reading the book Poppy by Mary Hooper. This beautiful story helps us understand the importance of remembering and how the poppy flower became a symbol of peace. 🌸
