Amazing news 🎉🎉🎉

During the October NAC 2022, Vango’s young fencers has showed their excellent performance and skills! Huge congratulations to Julia Yin, for achieving 1st place 🥇 at the Y14 WE, as well as Ruien Xiao (Angel), who earned the champion 🥇 of the Cadet WE event.

Throughout the whole competition, Vango has gained two gold medals, and this marks a STUNNING record.

We’ve always been super proud to see our young fencers, through multiple growth and experiences, being able to show their incredible potentials in tournaments, let’s keep it up, brave Vango fencers! 💪💪💪

Huge congratulations to our Vango fencers Grace Hu, Ruien Xiao, and Julia Yin! During the 2022 US nationals July Challenge at Minneapolis, these girls achieved excellent results that reflects their dedication and passion for fencing:

Grace Hu - 3rd in Junior Women’s Epee

Ruien Xiao - 2nd in Junior Women’s Epee & 5th in Cadet Women’s Epee

Julia Yin - 8th in Cadet Women’s Epee

# US July Challenge 2022

Time flies, summer is almost right in front of us! In just a few months, Vango Toronto will be having amazing summer break camps! This year, we are extremely thrilled to invite Sergei Golubitsky, who will be conducting a master camp between August 19th to August 21th at Vango.

Sergei is a member of the FIE Hall of Fame and is regarded as one of the best foil fencers of the 20th century. He was the men's individual foil champion at the World Fencing Championships in 1997, 1998 and 1999. He was also ranked No. 1 in the world and won an Olympic silver medal.

Did you know that the fencing sports equipment brand - Leon Paul, launched a foil grip called Golubitsky-Pro® Ultra Grip named after him based on his fencing habits?

Mr. Golubitsky now devotes himself to fencing education and has trained many fencing athletes to become masters and champions. He is truly a fencing legend!

April NAC has come to an end, Vango would like to give huge congratulations to our epee fencer Julian Yin, for achieving 5th in Cadet Women’s Epee, as well as Ruien Xiao, who achieved 2nd 🥈 in Junior Women’s Epee, which brought her ranking A.

From May 24th to May 29th, 2022, Vango Toronto will be honored to invite the fencing legend, Ms. Luan Jujie, to visit and conduct workshops.

Ms. Luan Jujie has the reputation of "the first sword in the east". Her halo is not only a world and an Olympic champion, but her legendary life has inspired a generation of athletes.

This time, she will be mentoring the epee & foil group courses of all levels, and will give a comprehensive fencing lecture to athlets and parents at Vango.
