A graduate of the Manhattan School of Music and a three-time recipient of the Steinway & Sons Top Piano Teacher Award, Derek Chiu is renowned for his refined musicianship and thoughtful pedagogical approach. This is a rare chance for students to gain insights from one of Canada’s most highly regarded piano educators.

We are thrilled to announce that this Sunday, Inspire Music Academy is partnering with composer Christopher Siu for a truly unique musical event: "An Afternoon of Premieres: New Works by Christopher Siu."
This isn't your typical recital. students ranging from Level 1 to Level 10, have been given the incredible opportunity to bring brand-new, original compositions to life for the very first time. It is a rare "dialogue" between the composer’s pen and the performer’s fingertips.
Join us at the prestigious Steinway Piano Gallery to witness these notes take their very first "breath" on stage. Come support our hardworking young pianists as they debut these beautiful new works!
