At Glowing Growth, this day is a reminder of who we are here for and how we show up every day.

We appreciate our learners for who they are, for their unique ways of communicating, engaging, and experiencing the world. Each learner brings strengths, perspectives, and moments that shape our work in meaningful ways.

Acceptance in our practice means:
• Taking the time to understand each learner as an individual
• Respecting different ways of communicating, even when they are not conventional
• Creating spaces where learners feel safe to be themselves
• Meeting learners where they are, while thoughtfully supporting their growth
• Being aware of how our words, expectations, and actions impact their experience

The work we do goes beyond teaching skills. It is about building trust, fostering connection, and supporting learners in ways that honour who they are.

Grateful for our Annual PD Day filled with learning, connection, games, and a lot of laughter .

Our team explored:
❤️ ABA intervention evaluation through the 7 Dimensions of ABA
🧡 Verbal behaviour and RFT, building toward practical PEAK implementation
🩵 Core ABA methodologies including DTT, NET, Precision Teaching, and Direct Instruction
💜 Play based learning and social skills development
🩷 Behaviour management in day to day practice
