We will not be accepting/ returning calls and messages before/ after hours- as well as weekends.

- Brow Queen closes always during inclement weather-

- Brow Queen runs along side sister company Prestige School and operates For contact during what normal
School hours are. We end at 4:00 pm. If your district school board is closed- you can bet - so are we.

- Calling is always best contact - leave a message if no answer. Give time to recieve a call back.

- We have many people available to help with messages- but you may also experience a wait- as we answer and help in sequence. This is not 24/7 .

- Do not assume your message will be answered right away- because it has been opened. Sometimes- it takes a while to reach the approprite person who has the answer for you.
The mesaage would be forwarded off to them- and left for them to answer. Don’t expect to receive a message back immediately. BE FAIR. Just wait and the answer will come.

- BROW QUEEN BOOKS 2 weeks in advance.
Please give yourself time for your upcoming need or event. We can try to accommodate you, but cannot promise everytime it will be as good as a walk in.

- Remember to be kind, if you have a concern , share it. Listen, and respect us too.

-Remember great brows aren’t rushed and we need time.
