I wanted to share this with you all. This is Prince Sebastian. I was fortunate to care for him in February this year. He was such a special boy. He had health issues and was on a very limited diet but don't get me wrong he loved the diet he was on ;-) He loved his rice and cucumber. He was a sassy boy and would sit in the kitchen while I would cut up his cucumber. I would then add his vitamin and fish oil to his rice and he would gobble it up 3 times a day. If I missed by 10 mins giving him a meal he was sure to alert me and give me a good talking too 😂. He sadly crossed over the rainbow bridge. I was so looking forward to caring for him again this Christmas but sadly he wasn't able to make it but he didn't give up without a fight. I hope you enjoy this little tribute I put together for this beautiful little man. I loved him with all my heart. His family is an amazing family and will miss him dearly and they gave him such a blessed life. BTW, he loved to sleep in a laundry basket 🥰😂

Well, I am so blessed to have been caring for his little man on and off for over a year. He and I are great buddies. He is such a smart cookie and such a character. He makes me laugh every time we spend time together.

Had to also show you how dapper he was when he sent this special message to his Mommy and Daddy for their wedding day. He thought of it all by himself and asked me to send them these pictures of him. Congratulating them on their special day. 🥰🥰

Here you go! This is Millie Miss February. She is almost 1 years old and a darling little sweetheart. What better month to feature this little girl but the month of Love 😍. She loves playing with toys and meeting new friends. She has graduated from puppy training with stellar marks! Congratulations Miss Millie!

It's that time again! Here is the Pup of the Month.

And the winner is.....Fredo, my little man!

Fredo is the first pup I cared for when I started caring for dogs. He is the sweetest little man, he does wiggle dances, loves yogurt off the spoon, snores, loves his sister Frankie and loves making new friends.

I can hardly wait to care for this little gremlin again! 🥰🥰

Hope everyone had a very happy Holiday so far. I wanted to show you some of my main taste testers of Nanny Nettie's dog and cat treats. No word of a doubt they all enjoyed. I learned though I may need to dial back the cat nip in the cat treats hahahah. Hank my main man, got a little over indulgent. Thank god rehab is not required.

Very important to know. It's suggested if your dog is a puller, best to get what Cesar Millan does and uses dog harnesses, and he more and more includes treats and positive reinforcements to his approach. Alot of great dog trainers do the same. Cesar uses a collar that basically sit over the dogs thyroid gland and throat. It helps to teach them to be less anxious and more focused on walking with you.

I have recently promoted the prong collar and while I think it's good for some dogs - others it can increase their anxiety and result in redirected aggression so it's best to ensure you understand your dog and their behaviour first. Also if you are going to use a prong collar ensure you have pads on the prongs which is much less invasive.
