What an amazing week as a presenter at Imagine Art Camp in Shaunavon!
The campers, ages 6–14, created the most incredible things in just one week—and I am absolutely astounded by what these young people accomplished!
I can’t say enough about this one-of-a-kind art camp, which gives young people the opportunity to explore drama, visual arts, music, and dance while encouraging their creativity, confidence, and imagination.
Yesterday’s Imagine Showcase was beyond spectacular! Seeing the campers’ artwork displayed gallery-style and watching them perform their drama, singing, playing musical instruments and dancing was truly a highlight of the week. What a talented and inspiring group of young people!
A huge thank you to Tammy Willman and her incredible army of volunteers and student staff who pour so much time, energy, and heart into making this one-of-a-kind camp possible. To all the leaders : Ty Hunter, Anna Robertson, Laura Nesland, Andrew Robertson, Jason Wilkes, Mike Hiebert, Lindi Greenholtz, Denis Dufresne, Norma Hunter, Jeanie Andronyk you are all so talented and a gift to these young artists.
I feel so fortunate to have been a part of Imagine Art Camp this year. What an experience—and what an amazing reminder of what young people can accomplish when given the opportunity to create, explore, and imagine!

Beyond proud of this art student, who worked from a photograph using acrylic on canvas. This art piece was chosen for 2026 Art Without Borders Juried Fine Art Show. This piece will be on exhibition this fall when it runs September 23 to October 24, 2026.

I’m beyond excited to be joining Imagine Art Camp in the Discovery Program for the 2026 theme, Decades!
My name is Michele Bailey, the face behind Artsy Fartsy ARTventure Art Studio. For over 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching art to children and adults, inspiring creativity through my motto: Create + Radiate.
One of the greatest joys of teaching is watching students grow creatively and emotionally. Seeing the pride on their faces when they finish a project and realize, “I am an artist!” is why I love what I do.
I can’t wait to take the campers on a creative journey back to the 1860s, where we’ll explore history through art and create something truly special together. It’s going to be an unforgettable ARTventure!

Congratulations to Lashburn High School Graduates. Special shoutout to my former art students on graduating high school! I am so proud of the both of you and all what you have accomplished. It’s especially exciting to see one pursuing engineering and one in architecture. Wishing each of you continued success, creativity, and confidence as you begin this next chapter of your life!
