The reason that many people have problems with Math is that they are missing a few key skills and/or concepts which makes it more difficult to make sense of new topics when they come up in school. s with any other language, students need a solid foundation to build their knowledge upon. As a Math teacher for 15 years I know how to help you discover your weaknesses, and then work with you to strengthen them. Once you have mastered all the foundational skills and concepts, we can build from there onto more advanced Math, and you will be able to see how it is all connected. When you really know and understand Math, you don't even need to memorize it, and you will see this for yourself over time. It IS something you CAN do. You just have to keep doing it, checking it, thinking about where you went wrong, and doing it again, until you get it right. That is it.
