A wonderful opportunity for children ages 7-12 to learn about Gaelic language and culture on the old family homestead in Hawthorne. We will have fun doing many hands-on activities that will teach children about local culture in Cape Breton. Watch this page for more information to come on the camp. Tha mi an dòchas gun tig sibh!

There are new Gaelic DVDs for children at the Alexander Doyle Library in Mabou!
To find details, go to ecrl.ca, type in Gaelic in the search field. Select Alexander Doyle Library, DVD and Children's.

All you need is a library card. If you need one, you can register here: http://ecrl.library.ns.ca/registration

The library in Mabou offers a curbside (outdoor) pickup service and also a mail service. If your Library is Margaree you can make a one hour appointment with the Library to pick up items.
