Classes are PRIVATE not public, ages 13yrs old & up. Teen/Adult classes. New students accepted by recommendation, referral, or pre-registration ONLY, no walk-ins. (We will no longer be accepting new students in the Kids programs, as we will be phasing those classes out.)

Students learn our core system of Kenpo Karate & Kickboxing, with concepts of Jeet Kune Do (Bruce Lee’s methodology supplemental to our core system of Kenpo), Modern Weapons Defense, and Unconventional Ground Defense.

*Students from the Adult class that help out in Kids' classes, can stay and get extra training in the Brown/Black Belt class n/c.
TUESDAY EVENING
6:30pm - 8:30pm: Kenpo Jeet Kune Do. TEEN/ADULT 13yrs old & Up all ranks.
>>>It is also mandatory now that all students AND staff have mouth guards. Further all male students AND staff must wear a jock cup at all times in class. Participants in the Advanced/Adult classes now need head gear for sparring.
