🐴 Equine-Assisted Workshop: Finding Your Place in the Herd 🌿
Have you ever stood quietly and watched a herd of horses?
Some naturally lead. Some quietly observe. Some offer comfort and reassurance. Others simply enjoy being close to their herd. No two horses are the same, yet each has an important place.
What if we learned from them?
Join us for Finding Your Place in the Herd, an equine-assisted workshop designed to explore confidence, belonging, connection, and the unique strengths each of us brings to the world around us.
Through guided horse observation, interactive activities, and meaningful reflection, participants will discover that they don't have to be the loudest, the bravest, or the most experienced to belong. Just like a healthy herd, our differences are what make us stronger.
Together we'll explore:
✨ Confidence beyond perfection
✨ Finding your own strengths
✨ Learning alongside others
✨ Belonging without comparison
✨ Growing with the support of both horses and people
No horse experience is necessary—just a willingness to be curious, connect, and learn.
"The strongest herd isn't made up of identical horses. It's made up of individuals with different strengths who learn to move together. We don't have to be the most experienced to belong—we simply have to be willing to show up, learn, and support one another."
If this workshop speaks to you or someone you know, I'd love to welcome you to the herd.
💚 Please message me for dates, details, or to reserve your spot. Spaces are intentionally limited to create a safe, supportive, and meaningful experience.

Today we worked through activities to spark communication, critical thinking and discussions.
Understanding how horses communicate with one another is essential to our relationship with them.
Understanding what is “essential”and what is “nice to have” really had the group working on their critical thinking strategies!!! Discussions on what horses need in the wild vs what domesticated horses require. This also opened many questions on what we need vs what a horse needs that is essential.
