Last week grade 7DR was able to experience Canoeing the Qu’Appelle!
Student were faced with various weather patterns, but demonstrated grit and determination, successfully finishing the challenge!

On June 4 and 5th, students from 6/7DR participated in an overnight camping experience to Rowan’s Ravine.
Students participated in outdoor cooking, setting up tents, team challenges, beach volleyball, night games and many leadership opportunities. Thank you to Mrs. Koskie for providing an amazing pond dipping experience and to Mr. Brown for leading students through team building challenges.

We are excited to announce the École Lumsden Elementary School SCC has partnered with the Wilson & Friends Celebrity Golf Classic this Summer Raffle. The tournament has become a wonderful event that brings our community together while supporting important initiatives at the school.
Tickets go on sale June 1, 2026.

Proceeds from the tournament will directly benefit programs such as:
* Covering the costs for each class to participate in an off-site educational field trip.
* Supporting staff requests for classroom supplies and resources that enhance student learning and educational opportunities.
* Replenishing indoor and outdoor athletic playground equipment.
* Funding school-wide events and activities that foster a strong sense of community and student engagement.
