We wanted to let families know who might have concerns about the air quality at the space. We are fortunate that the air conditioning system at the Community Hall is equipped with a commercial-grade air filtration system, which provides a higher level of filtration than a typical residential air purifier. We hope this helps ease any concerns families might have.

The After School Program offers a safe and supportive environment that positively impacts children's lives. Registration for our Lumby After School Program will open on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 9:00 AM This registration period is for families who have previously been registered in the program. We look forward to welcoming everyone back for another great year. If you are a new family to the Lumby After School Program registration will open on July 27th at 9 AM

The countdown is on! We are so excited to welcome everyone back for an unforgettable summer filled with adventures, creativity, laughter, new friendships, and so much fun!

Our July Newsletter and Events Calendar are now available! We encourage all registered families to take a few minutes to read through the newsletter and calendar carefully, as they contain important information about camp, special events, field trips, reminders, and everything you need to know to help your child have a successful summer.

We have an incredible month planned and can't wait to make lasting memories with all of your kiddos!

Dear Lumby After School Program Families,

As another school year comes to an end, I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank each and every one of you for allowing us to be part of your child's journey this year. It has truly been a privilege to watch the children learn, grow, build friendships, develop new skills, and create so many wonderful memories together.

Thank you for your trust, support, kindness, and partnership throughout the year. It is because of the incredible families we serve that the Lumby After School Program continues to be such a positive, welcoming, and caring community.

For those of you joining us for the Lumby Summer Day Camp beginning Monday, July 6th, we are so excited to welcome you back! We have an amazing summer planned filled with adventures, creativity, laughter, and unforgettable experiences, and we can't wait to share it with your children.

To the families whose children are moving on to high school, relocating, or simply no longer require care, I want to wish you all the very best as you begin this next chapter. While it's never easy to say goodbye, I hope you know that your children have left a lasting impression on all of us. Watching them grow over the years has been such a rewarding experience, and I couldn't be prouder of the incredible young people they are becoming.

On a personal note, I want to thank you for the relationships we've built over the years. Whether your family has been with us for one year or many, it has truly meant so much to me. Please know that my door is always open. If you ever need anything, have questions, want to share an update, or simply want to stop by and say hello, I would love to hear from you. Once you're part of our program, you'll always be part of our community.

Before I sign off, I also wanted to share that our wonderful staff member, Shelly, will be taking the summer off for a very well-deserved break. We are so grateful for everything she brings to our program and know many of the children will miss seeing her over the summer. She'll be back in the fall, refreshed and ready for another fantastic school year, and I know everyone will be excited to welcome her back!

Thank you again for an incredible school year. I wish you all a safe, relaxing, and memorable summer filled with wonderful moments together.

Today we are celebrating a very special member of our Lumby After School Program team!

Congratulations to Megan on her high school graduation! 🎓✨

We are so proud of all of your hard work, dedication, and accomplishments. Megan brings so much kindness, energy, and care to our program, and we are incredibly lucky to have her as part of our team.

Our kiddos wanted to help celebrate this exciting milestone by making a special card just for her, and it was filled with lots of love and congratulations!

Megan, we can't wait to see all the amazing things your future holds. Congratulations on this well-deserved achievement, we are cheering you on every step of the way! ❤️🎉
