Amy's Music Studio

Amy's Music Studio Providing quality piano lessons to children of all ages! Located in NS, Canada. I am also a certified piano teacher through the Royal Conservatory of Music.

I am a piano major graduate from Acadia University School of Music, and have recently received my degree in elementary education from Mount Saint Vincent University. I have been teaching for the past six years, and really love working with children! Private piano lessons are offered in my home studio (covid-safe) located in Middle Sackville, just off of Millwood drive. I teach children who are beginners up to intermediate levels and early advanced. I prepare my students for Royal Conservatory examinations, Kiwanis music festival, and recitals. I tailor the learning experience to each student depending on their learning style and needs.

✨Joey had another successful round of performances in the Kiwanis Music Festival 🥳He placed 1st in the piano solo class under 12 years old, 2nd in the Classical piano solo, and 3rd in the Modern Contemporary class. The adjudicator commented "Such musical phrasing and beautiful voicing. Your technical command of legato is further enhanced by your listening through every note and phrase. I felt you made so many free artistic choices today - thank you for taking those risks!' Congratulations, Joey! ✨🥳
