CMAC is a not for profit club offering FREE community Martial Arts classes to the Lower Sackville area . We teach the Ch'ang-Hon system of Taekwon-Do, founded by Gen Choi Hong Hi, as well as Sung Mu Kwan Hapkido. We are independent of any Martial Arts political organization. Tonight, we got to present Emma with her 2026 IITA Inclusive Taekwon-Do Online World Championships Silver Medal. What a fantastic accomplishment. We are so proud of you Emma.

All are welcome to come and celebrate Emma's Silver Medal Presentation. Doors will open 6pm, and the presentation will be at 6:30pm. Any members attending, please wear dobok or CMAC tshirt. Light refreshments will be provided.

Growth in Taekwon-Do is symbolized as growth of a tree, and that why the logo on the back of the dobok is shaped like a tree.
