🚒 A Big Thank You to the Lourdes Regional Fire Department! 🔥

A huge thank you to the Lourdes Regional Fire Department for visiting Lourdes Elementary during Fire Prevention Week! We appreciate you taking the time to teach our students about fire safety and prevention and for giving them the exciting opportunity to see the fire truck up close! 👨‍🚒🚒
Our students had a wonderful time learning, asking questions, and exploring the truck. We are so grateful for the important work you do in keeping our community safe!

Thank you for spending the day with us! ❤️💛💙

📚💙 Friendly Reminder – Family & Curriculum Night is TODAY! 💛

Just a friendly reminder that Family & Curriculum Night is today from 5:00–6:00 PM!

We encourage you to bring your children along for an evening of fun and connection! We’ll be gathering in the gym for some activities and a chance to spend time together. There will also be hot dogs and hamburgers available! 🌭🍔

After our fun in the gym, families will have an opportunity to meet your child’s teacher for a quick meet-and-greet and get to know a little more about what’s happening in their classroom this year.
We can’t wait to see all of our Lourdes Elementary families tonight! 💙💛

See you at 5:00 PM! 😊

Hi everyone,
Here are a few reminders and updates for the week ahead:

📅 Monday, September 28 – Terry Fox Walk

🧡 Tuesday, September 29 – Orange Shirt Day

There will be no school as we recognize the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

📚 Thursday, October 1 – Family Night/Curriculum Night
Our Family Night/Curriculum Night will begin at 5:00 p.m in the gym. Parents/guardians and children are welcome to attend. We look forward to welcoming our families into the school and sharing what learning looks like in our classrooms!

Have a great week, everyone! Thank you for all that you continue to do for our students and our school community. 💙💛
