She rises.

The new Dawn is emerging full of grace and strength.

She is rising in wholeness and light. She has worked through the ages of darkness into the new expanded foundation of self love, integrity and source deep within her. She now walks with peace in her soul. She is ready to lead from the heart.

The decades of pain and suffering is now beneath her- transmuted by her unconditional love of Mother Earth. Like an old oak tree she flourishes with the support that is rooted within the deep anchors of courage.

As she made her way through the darkness of growing deeper roots, allowing the old patterns to fall away, she rooted deeper within herself.

The moments of deep loss came with the understanding of a deeply rooted divine blueprint understanding your role on earth school is to rise above many sharing your knowing for the collective of the people. Shedding your own comfort zone many times to find the deep balance within herself.

She continues to move upward following the spiral of human ascension. Trusting her soul to use the medicine within unlocking the codes met with the key of the earthly ley lines held deeply by Mother Earth.

When we choose this master level of growth, we must fully trust the soul’s medicine and inner guidance. Choices are made for growth- always to infinity.

Comparison only leads to disappointment and freezing in the evolution of growth. As the pieces fall away the comfort of the renewal of trust expands within.

The karmic loops begins to evolve into true enlightenment. The ego dies and the shadow sinks to the ashes.

Surrender to the process. Love within. Choose you.

I am excited to facilitate a meditation and intention setting, and healing circle by the Highwood River for the Fall Equinox on Oct. 1 at 6 pm.

I am going to guide everyone through a life changing meditation to help release some of the energy that may be causing blocks in your energy field and opening up to new beginnings. This is a powerful meditation that I have connected to but haven't share it with a group before.

How many of you over give in fear of avoiding rejection?

In the coaching profession having healthy boundaries is key to protect you and to protect me.

Honouring my time as well as yours is essential for holding healthy boundaries. Time and money all tied in one bundle.

People come for coaching for support through deep change.

Overgiving is a sign of fearing rejection, abandonment, authority and can go back to childhood.

Boundaries are healthy for everyone. Integrity is the core.

The doorway to the inside is through heart space.

The cataclysmal moment when you are cracked open; through the death of a loved one, a health diagnosis, a divorce, or a career change.

These moments happen for us to feel inside of ourselves. When you have a broken heart you feel it inside of you.

Over the last 15 years I have fine tuned feeling inside of body. Listening to what my body needs.

Our bodies tell us when something is off but we have been programmed to push through those hard times and not take the time to be still and feel them.

Taking time each day to sit quiet on the lake, by the river, in the sunshine or in the trees will bring your nervous system to a place of peace- a reset.

The reset is an opening to go within listening through stillness.

Everything needs a reset!

Sink into those little openings and just listen to your body.

People will either rise to your growth or they won't.

Don't worry if some don't come along your journey. Don't try to hang onto things that aren't moving.

Surrender and let go.

Some will open with you and want to grow as you grow.

Sometimes you grow apart for a time and then come back together.

Life is made up of a million endings and beginnings. As we circle through this cycle we naturally grow. The endings teach us things about ourselves; such as strength, resilience, confidence and learning new skills.

New beginnings may be shaky at first; just like the first time that you took the training wheels off of your bike. How did you feel? So proud of yourself right?

This is the feeling that we want to remember as we move through the growth of letting go and making our way back to new beginnings.

Whatever you are going through; a health issue, a divorce, a change in homes or your career, or shifting friendships- it all is an opening for a fresh start at empowerment.

The moment.

The moment that you know that change needs to happen. You can't cycle through the insanity anymore.

This is the true gift. Amidst the unravelling of the old dynamic you begin to breathe a sense of freedom through the clarity.

We need to sink into the resistance of the unwinding. We put so much power into the fear of what is on the other side of the resistance.

Lean into whatever you are feeling resistance to and feel the freedom in surrendering.

A rubber band always snaps back when stretched as we do. But the motion of leaning in and expanding back will always equal inner growth from the trust in following through with the movement.

To look deeply at our interactions with another is truly the key of opening our awareness in all areas of life.

The fear to do so can simply be a temporary road block to one's own greatest growth.

There has been a lot of shadow energy come forth in 2024- an invitation to deeply look within and connect to the root cause of where it all began.

Simply having the awareness of where it began can bring deep healing and lift the veil of the ego. When we continue to add layers of pain onto the body we eventually feel tired, weighed down and hopeless.

To simply breathe, connect within and be accountable for one's pain will begin to break the cycles of adding more heavy energy into your life.

The choice is simple but the actions are truth.

A full life is an examined life.

Landed and grounded.

In 2008, I went to a psychic who told me that I had healing hands and that I needed to quit my job in Health Information at the hospital and go back to school.

I resisted this until I developed asthma and then I knew that I was smothering in my work and that I needed to follow my truth. I went back to school for two years, raising 3 girls and got my diploma as a Natural Health Practitioner. I am registered with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada.

I have published 3 books, developed a personal development system for women and girls, taken groups around the world to sacred sites and I have learned so so much about ME.

In my down time, I do one to one healing coaching sessions. I can tell from standing across from someone via zoom or in person what is going on inside their body from cancer, to a pain in their arm or a heart attack, etc. I am a finely tuned medical intuitive.

I can feel the energy that is blocked within your body and I help to facilitate the release of that block. Many times we aren't even aware that we have a constriction in one area until it shows up as disease. My purpose is to help facilitate this blockage before it develops into something more than a symptom.

Lately, I have had an influx of new clients while also keeping a clientele base that I have had for over 14 years.

Each client is unique and brings me the opportunity to learn and grow from what they are experiencing.

I layer my work with crystals, grounding, healing hands, a guided meditation, sound bowls, aromatherapy and stillness.

I have had 3 clients this week tell me that they didn't know what exactly I do in my sessions but that they needed to clear some deep issues and had tried many other modalities before coming to me. These issues can be anything like help with anxiety, depression, arm pain, weight gain, post op pain, neurological issues, loss of direction, divorce, headaches, confusion, anger and so much more.

Are you choosing an unconscious connection to life?

Many of us have been living in the hamster wheel for years.

Wake up, have a coffee, go to work, have a lunch break, coffee, supper and then to bed.

You see when we become disconnected from our heart's truth we operate unconsciously slowly dimming our internal passion.

We begin to compensate this disconnect with addictions and stimuli to try to reignite this natural feeling. Sometimes years pass by and it may take a trauma in our life to shake up our internal knowing that we are in fact disconnected.

Life is about cycles of death and rebirth. We are naturally equipped to do this.

These give us an opportunity to review the disconnect in our lives and to make the necessary changes to shift the course of authenticity from autopilot to direct connection.

Being to proud to make the necessary changes in your life worrying about the external judgement isn't worth dying over.

Take the time now to review each area of your life that feels disconnected and make those necessary changes. Life has its ebb and flow. We are in the ebb pausing for life's necessary changes. You are worth those changes for your heart needs that pure connection.
