When: Tuesday, March 24, 8-9pm!
Where: Zoom ( get your rage on in the privacy of your own home!! )
Why this workshop:
You feel rage when you hear about the horrors happening to innocent people and animals around the globe, and RIGHTLY SO! If you’re feeling hunky-dory during these apocalyptic times, I’m sorry, but are you okay?!?
And it’s not just the Epstein files or innocent kids being killed by bombs, it’s the daily personal frustrations of being taken for granted, gaslighted, or diminished! And do you know what’s at the core of your rage and anger? Nope, it’s not molten lava. It’s COMPASSION. Caring. Because you care, you feel anger!!
You feel anger when you witness or experience wrongdoing. We need to find ways to allow our compassion to RADICALIZE us. To push us to move through the anger so that it doesn’t burn or hurt us, but moves us into action. For ourselves. For our Earth. For each other. Remember - when you’re not speaking it or expressing it or moving it through and out, you’re STORING it. And that s**t compresses, compacts, and gets heavy!!!
We as women, are taught to fear our anger, shy away from our rage. It is not nice, not ladylike. It is certainly not ALLOWED.
So I’m holding a space for us TO ALLOW IT. To encounter it, meet it, get to know it, move with it, learn from it, and release it, when ready.
The physical process we will do is called “Guided Drawing”, a clinically-backed form of art therapy where the GUIDE is your inner voice, and your body follows along and responds to the needs, urges, and sensations that come with pushing, pulling, circling and sliding your crayon around the page. But it’s not just scribbling. It completes the STRESS and ANGER CYCLE. We rarely close it out, and so stress and anger just continue to accumulate!! We have to physically signal to our body that we are safe in order to metabolize stress. Trust me, it’s a whole thing. THIS WORKSHOP WILL DO THAT FOR YOU.

I have to remind myself of these things COUNTLESS TIMES, because our society is purposefully built to make us FORGET THEM.
I've come to realize that if it's something that "everyone's doing" then it should be questioned.
If it's something simple that only a few are doing, then it's worth paying attention to and considering adopting!
These insights and reminders often come to me when I sit down to write my 750 words in the mornings. And they come to me because I already have everything I need within me. Yep, you too!! But we've been gaslighted into forgetting this.
Follow me for more soul-saving reminders as I work to save my own soul from a world hell-bent on enslaving my light. The more women I can help save their own souls along with me, the better and brighter this world is gonna be!!!

"I’m fine" is often code for “I’m trying to survive in a world that doesn’t make space for me.”
When we begin to replace default responses with truer ones, we interrupt a lifelong pattern of silence.
In my groups and sessions, we practice this kind of honesty. Not to burden others—but to *invite deeper connection.*
Because truth creates the conditions for belonging. Let’s normalize it 🔥!

I know you know it too. There’s NO WAY that this is it. Work our butts off, come home, scroll on our phones or watch Netflix ‼️
That’s not what our beautiful hands were made for.
That’s not what our beautiful MINDS were made for.
That’s not what our beautiful LIVES were made for.
When we create, we align ourselves with our higher purpose. Our higher calling. Our higher selves. Our humanity.🌀
We tap back into that infinite stream of creative consciousness that is always out there flowing.
Suddenly our synapses are lighting up - our ideas are flowing - our hands are moving - our hearts are open. We feel more ALIVE. 💖
Do whatever you have to do to find a way to CREATE. We each contain MULTITUDES within us, and we have so much to share with the world.
We also need an OUTLET for all that we hold within, or we start to get SICK.
Paint, cook, garden, sing, dance, crochet, collage, design, build, weave, fix, or play an instrument. Tell a story, share a joke, do your makeup. If you want to feel more alive, DO SOMETHING with your HANDS, your BODY, your VOICE.
Don’t let the bastards drag you down into their black mirrors. 💻
Your life is YOURS to liberate!
Check out the links in my bio and let’s get creative TOGETHER!!

I call it the “3 minute Reset for Burnout”.
It’s not about doing more.
It’s about coming home.
Save this for your next high-stress day.
Let me know in the comments if you try it!🙏💕
