Summerside Lil Sunbeams Before and After School Care

Well it has become time....After 7 years in home childcare, myself along with my family have made the decision to officially close our doors for good but not without some exciting news to share.

I started this home daycare to stay home with our two kids, and now they have gotten older, we feel its time to say goodbye.

I will be beginning a new journey with Thames Valley District school board in September 2022.

We want to thank you all for supporting us over the last 7 years of business

Well that's a wrap for school year 2021/2022, We have now officially turned on our Vacation Mode. What does this mean? We are taking a much needed break with our family. We won't be responding to any messages until the week of August 29th

School reopens and so will we on Wednesday September 7...See you all then

Landon look how much you in have grown up. The first picture was the first time you came to Dees house in 2018 and look at you now. Have an amazing summer buddy and see you in September

Today it is with mixed emotions I had and get to say goodbye to these 3 kiddos.

Harper has been in my care since 2018, 4 years I have gotten to see her grow and development. For some reason she took to my hubby Jason lol with all those love notes. She has grown from a tiny quiet girl when I first met her to a very independent tell it like it is girl. We wish you all the best Harper

Vaughn came into my care in 2020, my mission was to get this dude to smile and by the end I got it lol. Vaughn you have grown from a very quiet little dude to a very active one. It was such a pleasure to have you along side your sister. We wish you all the best Vaughn

Evan came into my care I do believe in 2020 as well. You were nervous at first but you development so many friendships while here, you were the top dude 😎 every kid wanted to be around. You were popular there is no doubt in that. I will miss our morning conversations and flying sand/leaves lol. We wish you all the best Evan

Well today we got to say good bye to Carter and Cassandra (missing is Cassandra from photo)

Carter started his journey with me In September 2019 as a very shy little boy, but since then he has grown to play more independent and has gained lots of new friendships.

Cassandra started her journey with me in September 2021, with only one year here she started off with great independence especially starting through a COVID year. This girl is brave and didn't care she was the only girl in the pack in the mornings. She showed those boys

We will miss both of you here at Summerside lil Sunbeams, but we will probably more than likely cross paths walking to the new school 😉

Have a great summer and thanks for giving me the pleasure to safely get these kiddos to there bus stop daily

Well that's a wrap on today's PD Day
