Fanshawe students volunteer to support the Canadian Library grassroots art installation project that serves as a memorial to all First Nations, Metis and Inuit women and children who have suffered abuse, lost their lives due to brutality or have been forgotten.

Stop by the Siskand Gallery at Fanshawe College to see The Poppy Project Display. Design foundation students made the black framed sustainable poppies that you can bid on in a silent auction with proceeds going to the Royal Canadian Legion. Graphic design co-op students created the story boards of our veterans, the poppy project map and the Lest We Forget poster board.

Design Foundations students presented design concepts to a live client Brianne Curry from Long Point Basin Land Trust . Students created visuals for an awareness campaign for species at risk. Project is led by professors Janice Johnston and Monica DeWit. Stay tuned for final results.
