What we did at Viet-Skype in 2019

We are very proud and grateful for such a diversity in terms of age, background and race of all the contributors of Viet-Skype in 2019. This year, we had volunteers from 11 countries and learners from 4 provinces of Vietnam. This annual report gives you a bird-eye view of our project and also a way for us to celebrate the promising Lunar New Year! Let's take a look to see more of our faces. Happy Lunar New Year!

Chúng tôi rất tự hào và biết ơn khi dự án Viet-Skype đã nhận được sự hỗ trợ từ những cá nhân đa dạng về sắc tộc, tuổi tác và kiến thức. Trong năm 2019, chúng tôi đã kết nối được TNV đến từ 11 quốc gia và người học đến từ 4 tỉnh thành ở Việt Nam. Who are we?

A new online English conversation project with students in Thái Nguyên city begins August 6 and I am pleased to say we have teachers from around the world.
There are volunteer teachers from South America in the west to Australia in the east as well as volunteers from North America, Europe, Africa and Asia. It is a small world afterall.

A project in Vietnam needs volunteers to practice English with high school students. The students are in grade 10 and 11 and study English at a school for gifted students in Thai Nguyen in northern Vietnam. Volunteers practice conversational English on Zoom with students once a week for 45 to 60 min...
