Meet Janet! One of our knowledgeable instructors at Elegance, she teaches anatomy and physiology. Janet is a graduate of Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.). Janet has over ten years experience working within the Natural Health Field.

Skin is the body’s largest organ and often a reflection of our well being. Recognizing nutrition as the foundation of healthy skin, she will guide her clients towards correcting body imbalances through holistic approaches to diet, supplements and lifestyle habits.
