The Office of the Registrar, including our Student Central & Admissions Teams, will close for the holidays on Dec 22 at 4 PM and reopen Jan 5 at 10 AM.
 
During this time:
📵 Student Central will be closed for in-person and phone services
💻 Western Chat & Virtual Helpline will be closed
📄 No processing of student loans, transcripts, official letters, forms, or ONECards
📩 The Admission Team won’t be processing applications, updating To Do Lists or responding to emails.

We’re so excited to meet our Class of 2028 soon! Here are some important details about ONECard pickup:

💜Off-campus Incoming undergraduate students can pickup their student card starting August 28 in UCC 147.
💜 Students living in Residence should pick up their cards in the Residence Unit when they move in. If it is not there then come to Student Central.
💜 Cards will continue to be distributed over labour day weekend.

💜Only YOU can pickup your card! Please have your student number and a piece of government issued photo identification ready.

Attention students in summer courses! You must pay your tuition by May 15 🗓️ To check the amount you owe, log into your Student Center and select "Student Financials" then “Statement of Account.”
