WHAT A DAY OF COMPETITION!
The 2026 Ontario Grand Nationals was a huge success, and we have so many people to thank for making it happen.
First and foremost, our incredible staff and volunteers.
A tournament like OGN doesn’t come together in one day. There are weeks of preparation behind the scenes — pre-registration, organizing, planning and getting everything ready for competition day.
Then comes tournament morning… setting up floor mats, tables and chairs, registration, merchandise, judging, scorekeeping and everything in between. And when the final division is finished, there’s still the clean-up, taking apart the mats and getting everything back to the dojo.
To every person who gave their time and energy to help us — THANK YOU. ❤️
Because of an incredible team effort, we were able to finish a very full day of competition by 3:05 pm! 😅
And what a day of competition it was! 🔥
Thank you to all of our competitors for bringing such great skill, energy and sportsmanship to the mats. The level of competition was exceptional, with large, talented divisions that made for some very exciting matches.
To our parents, families and spectators, thank you for your support and patience, especially when some of those large divisions meant waiting a little longer to see your competitor take the floor. We truly appreciate it.
And to everyone who travelled from outside London to compete with us — thank you for making the trip and being part of OGN 2026.
We hope you enjoyed the day as much as we did!
📸 We’d love to see OGN through your eyes!
Tag us and share your photos and videos from the tournament so we can enjoy some of your favourite moments too.
Our OGN team is already talking about next year! We’ll be sharing the 2027 tournament date soon.
From all of us at the Ontario Grand Nationals…
THANK YOU for competing.
THANK YOU for volunteering.
THANK YOU for supporting.
And THANK YOU for making OGN 2026 such a memorable day! ❤️
